So about a month, maybe 2 months ago I noticed spots on my chest, I brushed them off as normal. About 2 week ago, I noticed a red bump on my breast near the top of my armpit, it was itchy, then a few days later it turned into what I can only as describe as - when you pick the top of a spot and it has that dry skin circle round it - then it's just basically scarred but red. I have these spots all over my chest and breasts. For the past 3 days I've had pain in my chest (mainly right side but sometimes in the middle) when I stretch along with breast pain (both breasts and a bit underarm) and sore nipples.
I have a appt on the 10th with GP but really worried, any ideas on what it could be. My family has a history of Cancer.
