Lots of dancing, fantastic music, fantastic venue.
But lots of jumping up and down. And that's when i realised what all that fuss at the ante natal classes about pelvic floor exercises was about.

Do I have to do these exercises EVERY day to have any hope of not becoming that old lady in Little Britain who drenches the floor where ever she goes???

Oh no! How long is it since you had your baby? My pelvic floor has tightened up a lot without assiduous exercise but it's over 7 years since I had my twins.

LOL!

I went to see Robbie Williams when DS2 was 13 months and although I didn't actually wet myself I had to stop bouncing from time to time as it was getting a bit worrying . Going to see him again in September when it will be over four years since my last baby and hoping to be able to jump about like a mad thing with no worries.
