Bleeding tooth 10 month old

Have noticed over the last few days that ds has had blood behind one of his top front teeth. Don't think he has banged it. Two weeks ago he fell and his teeth knocked into his lip which made his lip bleed but surely it can't be from that long ago. He is not grizzling about it and when I touch it it doesn't seem to cause any pain. Has gone off his food recently though.

If it does not get better over the next couple of days, am not sure wheather to take to dentist or doctors.

Any ideas??

When you look at his teeth from the front are they all the same colour still? If one is darker than the others it could mean the tooth has 'died' and the bleeding into the tooth has caused it to darken. On the other hand he may have just knocked his gum with the toothbrush or a hard bit of food. I'd take him to the dentist to make sure.
