Pain in left breast

Hi

I have a constant pain in my left breast I suspect it is coming from a muscle due to poorly fitting bras. I am trying not to stress about it. My breat has not changed in any way. Can anyone advise me on this. Thank you

I had this in my right breast. I had a mammogram & ultrasound and all was OK. Pain is a good sign of not having cancer apparantly!! Also I was told that breast pain was entirely normal. It can come & go for no reason. Hope that helps.

I too had/have pain in my left breast just in one particular place which is very tender when touched.It is there all the time and I have had for about a year.I have been to the docs twice about it and they have reassured me that is nothing serious esp cancer as that doesnt present with pain like this.She thought it may be hormonal and advised evening prim oil.They didnt really have any answers as there are many causes of pain.It is worse around my period so she is probably right.I dont know if this is anything like you have but hope it helps

try different bras some really cut into you! is it underneath?

i get this too, it changes during the month, i got it checked out and they said it was normal

I've had this too singyswife. It ended up being a pulled muscle from picking up my nonw too little Dd a lot. Have you been lifting heavy objects or lifting a lot more than usual? If in doubt, check with GP but I agree with TillyRose, I've also been told that pain is a good sign when it comes to worrying about cancer.

Thank you. The pain is at the side. I am sure it is just a muscle and have started taking evening primrose capsules for it. Thank you you have all put my mind at rest. You know what it is like, the more you think about it the worse it seems to be. Thanks again for your replys.
