Menopausal joint pain and itching? Anyone been through it?

Had hysterectomy nearly 4 years ago at age of 38.
Despite trying various types of HRT I am still having terrible trouble with joint pain and also skin itching (have to itch my arms until the skin bleeds)

Hot flushs, low moods and zero sex drive also make me feel great Sad but its the joint pain and itching that are worse.

Have seen a rheumatologist and it seems nothing arthritic is going on. I firmly believe this is all hormonally linked.

Has anyone else suffered like this and if so please tell me if you found relief. Please give me some hope!

I had itching when going through the menopause, but not to your extent. I used only Simple soap, no perfume & Diprobase (available on prescription, or even from pharmacy) & wore only natural fabrics next to my skin. I upped the amount of water I drank as well, which also helped.

(You have to wade through quite a lot of sparkly shit on the forum but there is some great advice there).
