Pain above breasts - avice needed

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice about pain above my breasts. It's the part at the front, from where the cup of your bra meets the bra strap and it goes up towards my neck.

It is sore above both breasts, but my left one is more painful. It feels rather lumpy and hard, which I think are the lymph nodes, but should they be sore???

Lymph nodes can be tender when they're inflamed but you should go see your doctor if the pain's still there on Monday. If it gets worse ring your out of hours service for advice, you might need to just be checked over as there a a number of things it could be. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for your reply. I'm gonna make an appointment for tomorrow and get things checked. Hopefully it will just be a simple infection.
