My index finger is warm, my little finger is icy cold - what's going on?

I get this from time to time, some fingers are hot to the touch, others are really cold. The warm fingers also go extremely pink.

Anyone know why?!

I do have other issues with my fingers, namely sore spots on my fingers which appear when they get cold.

Is it just bad circulation? Can I do anything about it?

I get Raynauds syndrome where one or two of my fingers go white and very cold - sounds like it could be that.

I had a Google and Raynauds kept coming up. Is it worth going to the doctor for it, do you think? Can they do anything about it?
