Worrying about spot on breast

About a week and a half ago I noticed a big red spot on my breast near the nipple, the type that swells with puss (sorry tmi!).

Anyway it doesnt itch or anything but it's quite solid and doesnt appear to be going away, infact there is another, smaller one appearing near it.

Should I be worrying?

I would go to the GP and get it checked out, jsut to be on the safe side

no you know those raised red spots that you get on your forehead or chin as a teen? the ones that really stick out but are not hard or anything...it's like that, about as big as a drawing pin head, maybe a bit smaller.
