How long for 'reaction' to first lot of baby vaccinations?

DD had her first lot of jabs on Tuesday and has been fine. Today she is grumpy and unsettled and a little warm... could it be a reaction to the jabs?

could be just give her a little calpol to help sooth her aches and pains. A lot of people tend to think the reaction will be quick but of course it has to go around the system to kick in.

I think the books say up to 48hrs. DD3 had a ranging temp on the Fri (after jabs on Tues), which HV said could have been the jabs. Took her to emergency Dr tho as it kept rising (reached 38.7C) & we couldn't control it. Dr did think it could be jabs, even on day 3, but as it turns out she did have an inflammed ear when she was examined. HTH

Thanks guys - I thought that I remembered the nurse saying 3-5 days when ds had his jabs but wasn't sure if it was these or MMR. Have given her calpol and she's stopped screaming thank god!!!
