I have just vrought some that you take to reduce water retention. just wondered what happens when you take them(do you wee a lot?)

Yes, but possibly because you're also supposed to drink loads of water. Funny but drinking water is supposed to be one of the best ways to reduce water retention. Also cutting down on salt. Sometimes I take them because my fingers feel swollen and they seem to help.
