Has anyone got a refund from Boots for glasses that didn't feel right?

I collected my new glasses yesterday and wore them all day. They just felt wrong. When I look through the right lens everything loos ok but the left lens makes things blurry. I will take them back today but just wondered if anyone knew how helpful they are in these situations.

I took mine back, they did a free retest and changed my glasses. No charge
