how to massage babies?

i have a 4 week old baby and i cant remember how to massage them that little, cant seem to find anything on google but if someone knows a good website please let me know....hoping to massage him tonight if i can

Sorry I have no website but I have a book that has far too much info to type but you may find it in a bookshop tomorrow,"The Soothing Art of Baby Massage" by Roma Turner and Susie Nanayakkara.
As long as you are really gentle and massage away from the heart instead of towards the heart. Light really light circular movements on tiny hands and fingers feet and toes, effluarge long gentle strokes down the arms and legs. The book gives loads of information may be worth a buy if you want to do it regulary.

I've just finished learning how to do it.

Have a look at this site
We didn't do the twist and squeeze stroke but we did do the others on the babies. Have Fun.
