Threatment for Farmer Giles

Ever since DD was born Ive had piles. They dont hurt but are fairly large and just offputting.

If I use over the counter treatment will they ever go or am I just left with the surgical option.

I've had piles for yonks kbaby but they definitely got worse after Dd was born. They sound like yours, large and offputting but not necessarily painful. I'm afraid to say I have tried over the counter treatments and they've done nothing, well, maybe shrunk them a bit but not enough iyswim. I've added them to my huge list of things to mention to the doctor when I next go. Mindyou, if you haven't tried over the counter stuff yet then I would try it first,perhaps yours aren't as settled as mine! Good luck
