Ear infection?
something stuck?

have you got water in it!

ginmummy · 09/07/2006 20:25

Could it be teeth problems maybe?? Especially if it's intermittent discomfort near the back of your jaw near your ear.

I get this! Also in my right ear. I thought that it was just the way I was IYSWIM. I do suffer with ezcema in my ears but not sure it is related.

Joceybean · 09/07/2006 20:27

i did have these awful visions of something living in there . Dont think its water cos I can normally hear that when I move my head. Can you have an infection without it hurting? I do wear ear plugs at night cos of dh snoring. It feels almost like my heart beat but not in time with it, if that makes sense.

ginmummy, I have got a partial wisdom tooth coming through that side so I suppose it could be that but not quite sure how it would make the noise it does?

Not sure either, just that someone I once worked with went to the dentist because she had earache and it's always been at the back of my mind ever since as I have a serious phobia of dentists!

The strange thing is I am in no pain at all. Its just a distracting and irritating sensation.

might it just be overtired-ness? like when your eye feels like its twitching?
