Go Doctors? Or wait a couple of day? Warning TMI poo related

Sorry if this is a bit graphic but want to see what the general opinion is whether its a tummy bug and not to bother the docs/risk spreading or if I should make an app sharpish.
Ok Friday night felt bit off when doing a night feed- went toilet few minutes after and had normal stools but lots of mucous with it all.
On sat had stomach pains all day lunchtime and at about 4 really watery diarrohea. Had something to eat felt loads better slept fine.
Today had normal stools but again with loads of mucous and been about 3 times whereas normally would be once in a day but feel fine

Back story to this is I'm very run down not sleeping very well and my family are concerned I'm not eating enough as I'm bf dd but I think I eat fine. Anyway general bug or something that needs checking out?

Get a sample bottle from the surgery and had a stool sample in for analysis.
That will pick up significant bacterial gut infections, but won't tell you anything about viral infections which are more common.

Rule of thumb, if you are eating enough and drinking enough to be passing water, you can give it a few days, up to a week, to see if it goes away.
If it doesn't and/or you are generally not well, then get checked out.
