Help- BIKINI BODY needed in 3 weeks time!!!!!!!!!!

I'm off to Lefkas at end of July and panicking about the prospect of wearing a bikini! I'm not especially flabby but really need to tone up- fast! Problem areas are mainly tummy and thighs. Any exercise tips that actually work greatly appreciated. I don't have time for the gym but could probably squeeze in the odd jog. TIA

Thanks to you both- the low carb thing really works for weight loss. Not that easy tho as i dont eat meat. Did it after both pregs but I cant seem to shift the cellulite. Even when I went through a depression and dropped to 9st, I still had lots of it!!!!! Guess i just need to get off my backside a bit more!

Thats probably a more realistic suggestion, as have just had a cream tea and am eyeing up a bottle of chardonnay in my fridge, and its not even 6 o'clock!!!! Still, in case I feel re-motivated tomorrow, further tips appreciated.
