Does anyone else suffer from IBS before their AF?

Iv got mild stomach cramps and IBS.Im due my AF.
Iv had the IBS for 3days now.Im ttc and am due on todayish.
I did a hpt yesterday but was neg.Does anyone else suffer from IBS at this time if so why does it happen?

it may be the same hormaones that cause uterus to contract also have an effect to the bowel causing it to over stimulate. I suffer that near AF and now since ds2 (4month) seem worse

Just done a test and it was a BFP.

Oh congratulations!! I guess that expains that then...

And to think that I was going to admitt to having IBS type symptoms all the time .... I think I'll keep it to myself now..
