Breast pain, should I be worried ?

I will go to GP but away with work... Have got a dull ache in one breast, up into neck and down my arm.cant feel any lumps or swelling and no noticeable changes. As said, will go to GP when back next week, but do I need to see someone sooner?

Getting paranoid now :-(

How long are you away? I would go when you get back, only because what you describe sounds kind of different, but a few days here or there shouldn't make any difference, long as you see the doc when you get back.
I speak as someone who went through the whole gamut of breast cancer and the treatment five years ago.
Best to get it checked out, but certainly don't panic!
