hello everyone, I wasn't sure where to post this message as it is about saftey so I thought 'health and safety'
We have just moved into an old style house, which we are renting. It has a large sliding glass door, which due to the age of the house is unlikely to be safety glass. My Ds 2.1 years is rather fond of tearing around at high speed, therefore we are trying to think of a way of making the glass door more safe without loosing the lovely view we have of outside i.e. by boarding the lower half up, any suggestions?

You can get Safety Glass film that you stick on the window and is clear. If the window gets broken the shards of glass stick to it apparently. You can get it in places like Toys R Us etc.

Stickers on it of birds flying around or something similar to stop him running into it in the first place . Works a treat and stopped me hitting a patio door in my previous house too.

I shall do that to tide us over till I get some film, thanks Alipiggie
