CKD? Have GFR of 60, SIL who has kidney transplant says watch it! Reflexologist says Kidneys compromised! What do I need to know or do??

Exactly that! Mild panic six months ago when GFR first diagnosed! SIL says watch it carefully and reflexology indicates issues! Doc says they ll continue to monitor.
What do I need to do??
