Hello Ladies

I was wondering if any of you have had been in a similar situation.

I stopped taking the pill (Microgynon/Mercilon) 6 months ago after 8 years due to it affecting my mental and general health, using different types of pill haven't helped.

I have been having a period every 30 days since, exactly like when I was on the pill, then this month nothing, is this normal or should I be worried.
I can't be pregnant.

I have even resorted to squating and jumping up and down in the hope gravity will make some difference! (Totally irrational I know!)

Lots of people just miss an occasional period - chances are you'll have one as normal next month. Don't worry about it, unless there is anything else feeling 'wrong'.

Main causes of no period.
Pregnancy - you say you are not
Under and overactive Thyroid gland- usually accompanied by other symptoms but not always.
Perimenopause - can start in early 40s.
