I'm seating on the sofa without energy...why ? I have eaten countless of sugary stuff this week and now I feel all sluggish :-( I can't help myself, all I think about is stuffing myself with chocolate, sweets, sweet bread etc...is there a way out of it ? Any good reading on the subject you could recommend me ? Thank you.

Book recommendation - The sugar addicts total recovery program by Kathleen DesMaisons. I have the kids book (Little Sugar Addicts) and have checked out her online forums. She is excellent.

I've been on the low carb diet for a few weeks now. My sugar cravings are close to zero. I've lost 3 kg as well, not a huge amount but its all good.

I'm a month in to no sweets, cake, biscuits. First few days were bit of a nightmare but I just try to avoid stuff now. I went out and bought natural yoghurt, no sugar rye bread and other stuff.

Previous to this, I was eating loads of sweets and chocolates daily-completely getting out of hand.
