Feeling Low - Homeopathic Supplements?

I'm a bit down at the moment and wanted to try some homeopathic remedies before I go down the doctor route. Can anyone give me advice or suggestions on what to take. I'm neither pregnant or breast feeding.

St John's Wort is meant to be good. I keep meaning to try it myself.

It's herbal not homeopathic, but St John's Wort is proven effective for mild to moderate depression. Some people get mild side effects like light sensitivity, though (not great at this time of year).

Thanks, will give it a go.

It really depends on the type of depression you have but two homeopathic remedies that are particularly good for women are Sepia for irritable depression and Pulsatilla for weepy depression. I've heard the herbal remedy St John's Wort is good but can take quite a while to kick in whereas homeopathic remedies have an immediate effect, usually only requiring 6 doses.
