my left knee has just decided to become very very very painful. after an early dinner I got up to put my plate in the sink & immediately felt a sharp pain in my knee. since then i've not been able to walk on it as it hurts so much.
I've taken tramadol & naproxen (2 hours ago) to help with pain but it doesn't seem to have worked. I've just rubbed some anti-inflammatory gel on it so hoping that will help with the pain :( it's painful just sitting down :( :( :(
what else can I try to ease the pain??? I'll pop along to the G.P on Monday. have been considering going along to urgent care centre if the pain doesn't go down but don't think this type of pain will be considered urgent 
probably being a bit of a baby but the pain is excrutiating!
