Baby out of sorts days after 8wk jabs!

My DD had her first jabs on Tuesday, and about 3hrs later woke screaming bloody murder for three solid hours. She's normally very placid and hardly ever cries. She eventually calmed down, but ever since she's been really grizzly and crying a lot.

Is it possible she's still being affected by the injections 4 days later? Or maybe it's coincided with a growth spurt or something?

My dd was a nightmare after all of her jab, for up to two weeks, just not being herself. It could be anything (the wonders of children!) we just gave her calpol/ neurofen when she got upset then put her to bed for a nap, seemed to work?
