Hi all, partner having twins 19weeks and has achey stabbing pains close to belly button, even to touch. Cause for concern? or we worrying to much again?

No your not worrying too much, i had loads of aches and pains whilst pg (they were all nothing to worry about) but its always worth getting checked out just to put your mind at rest.
