I have a rash..anyone help me out with what it could be?

I started on Monday with really itchy feet but nothing to see. By tues I had kind of blisters on my hands but difficult to see, really itchy. It is now on my knees and elbows but they dont look like blisters, they are raised white with red round them. Saw GP on Wed who isn't sure, possibly hand foot and mouth but because they are not blisters he was not convinced, I now have patches on my buttocks. It is soo itchy. Any ideas?

Have you changed shower gel, bubble bath or detergent?
Have you eaten strawberries or pineapple or something that you don't normally eat?
My daughter used a mango shower gel & came our in a bad rash.

My girls react to sun cream. Have you used any or a different one? Try taking an anti histamine. Maybe out on some Calomine lotion.
