31W PG, flu jab tomorrow afternoon but caught sivk bug last night WWYD?

I should cancel the jab tomorrow shouldn't I?

DS & DH both had 24 hour D&V over the weekend, thought I had dodged the bullet but it hit me last night and I'm now feeling better but still like a washed out rag and can only manage to keep the sofa from floating away

Thanks Musical - DM said I should just go for it - but she is a tough northern farmer and I saw a couple of threads about people feeling really rough after theirs and made me worry
