went to a bbq yesterday. ds1 was running around the garden and going behind the marquee, a little gap between fence and marquee and scratched and scrawped his skin on it, which didn't bother him.
when i had a proper look late last night i noticed that on hois spine and on his arm he had what looked like pin prick blood spots.
so, first thought was omg meningitus but he seemed fine so let im go to bed.
this morning they have faded somewhat and he is still well and fine.
am i right to assume that it was caused by banging himself against the fence somehow or could it really be a problem?
they were all sort of chasing each other and running/squeezing themselves behind this gap behind the marquee.

please advise, paranoid mummy!

If its fading now I would assume it was a rash caused by something he was sensitive to, some kind of plant?

If they don't go within a few days I'd see the doctor or if he starts to have other symptoms.

If he seems well in himself I don't think I'd be worried. But if YOU are, call NHS Direct.
