under my arm ...

it's tender ... is this good or bad ?

Could be an enlarged lymph node like you get swollen glands in your throat when you have a virus which wouldbe nothing to worry about at all.

However, if it stays for more than a few days go and see your GP just to make sure. I had a lump under my arm about 5 yrs ago that was 'fibrous' - it went away by itself. Important thing is not to avoid going to your GP if you're worried - much better to get an answer than sit at home scared it's something sinister when 99% it's fine.
