3 wks til my hysterectomy and feeling nervous

Think it's suddenly hit home that I'm having the surgery. Never had elective surgery before only emergency gyn stuff so this is giving my time to scare myself shitless.

So wise mumsmetters, what do I need to take (only hospital bags I've ever packed before have been for DC), any tips such as pjs over nightshirt.
