Was giving the dog some chicken scraps this afternoon and she accidently caught my finger. It bled quite a lot. Washed and beld it out under the tap, put some pressure on it until it stopped and have taped it up.

Its a bit sore, but looks OK.

Should I do anything else? Dog has just been vaccinated BTW!

Scrub it clean, but see your doctor. Infection is an issue and depending on the position and depth of the bite, there's a chance you'll need antibiotics. Your vet may have information on the risks you can show your doctor if they are reluctant. It's not an emergency though, give them a ring next time they are open (doctors and vets ^^ :) ) The vaccination status of your dog isn't an issue (for you, but obviously quite important to the dog!!)

Is your tetanus up to date?
If yes I would have disinfected and waited.
If no, a&e or minor injury unit or call out of hours gp first.

Tetanus isn't more of an issue with an animal bite than with a cut from any other cause. We are more susceptible to tetanus than some other species which is why it's a worry to us. But dogs can also get it and it's usually fatal - he is very unlikely to be a carrier and therefore the cut is not of more concern in this respect than any other.
