Funny white bumpy rash on DDs legs

DD has strange bumps on her legs today, they are like white pimples.
Has anyone ever seen this before?

Hmm yes, on my DD's legs this morning! I wonder if it is insect bites?

I don't think they itch, I wonder if it is a side effect of the threadworm medicine I gave her?

If they are pearly white bumps, could be molluscum perhaps?

god I hope not, she has about 20 molluscum on her bum and legs. We have been given bazooka to treat them. If they are going to grow into molluscum she will look like she has pink gherkins for legs.

This happened to me a few years ago i had a cluster of white bumps on the front of on of my legs after , I never found out what it was but it was after i'd been out in the sun in the end I sterilised a pin and sort of scooped out the white insides (yuck I know) then they dissappeared.
