what colour wee for a 11 week old?

I know newborn should be clear, but 11 week old ds had slightly yellow wee today - I'm worried he's getting dehydrated in the heat. I'm mix feeding - what should I do?

try giving him just a little cooled boiled water.

thank you. i tried that - he wasn't having any of it! But he gulped down some formula and is now playing happily, so think he's okay. He's pooed lots today too.
