Approx. 2 days before my period I wake up with the most horrendous headache/feeling sick/wanting to be sick/needing the loo - it lasts all day. Only by going to bed, which, given the fact I work full time and am a mum, is not possible during the day will it go. It only lasts the one day but boy-o-boy, it knocks me for 6. Does anyone have a miracle cure - I will try anything!

Go and see a good homeopath. Even if its a leap of faith for you. I've had staggering results and so have my dc's.

In the past (for nothing in particular), I've been to see an iridologist, with success and as result went to see him during my pregnancy with dd. I didn't know wether there was something in a pharmacist's that I could get on my way home....for a quick result! Bedtime for me is a long time off yet and my body is failing fast in all directions!!!!!

The best thing I have ever taken for period problems is Feminax. It was an absolute lifesaver pre-babies. (Thank goodness my mum was right and having babies has more-or-less sorted out my period problems.) Have you tried it?

No, but I'm literally off out now to buy some! My SIL told me about them this morning whilst dropping dd off. Thanks
