Jaw-clenching, stressed, sleep-deprived - help please!

I keep finding myself clenching my jaw tightly, so much so that my neck hurts, and it's stopping me from sleeping. I think it's because of my driving test (tomorrow morning!). How can I stop clenching and make sure I get a good night's sleep tonight?

Meditation?
Glass of wine?
Foot massage?
Hot bath?
Soothing music (Classic FM after 7 is always nice)

Good luck!

Thanks Moondog. Any other stress-busters?
