blood test in a month again but why

I had a blood test yesterday from my doctor, iv had cramps in my legs since I was young but theyhave started getting worse and deep heat isn't working anymore. The pain starts in my calves then spread to my feet and all the way up my thighs to my bum. So she done bloods and gave me stronger cream.
The receptionist called tonight to say that doc hasasked I go back in a month for another test. I asked why but she said doc had not said why.
I am worried as I had a baby 6 months ago who suffered a stroke due to a clot passing through the placenta.
Is it something I should be worried about or not? Why a month?

It might be that an inflammatory indicator was a bit high and that she would like to test again in a month to see if they have gone down. It would indicate that the new cream she has given you I working or you may need something else.
