I'm 16weeks post c section and I'm suffering in a big way with joint pain in my ankles, knees and back. I had a similar issue after my first pregnancy but it wasn't as bad.
I'm seeing a physiotherapist because of my back,, I had an appointment a fortnight ago and have another soon, the jpint pain statted about ten days ago. The severity is such that I can't carry my baby downstairs in the morning and it takes a warm bath to un seize enough to get dressed ans mobile. Whenever I sit for longer than half an hour or so I stiffen up.
I know part of it is baby weight, which is slowly coming off, but I'm unable to exercise because of joint pain so a vicious circle.
I'd be grateful for any advice, I eat a healthy diet, plenty of water, baby sleeps relatively well so I'm not completely sleep deprived,
