It's like clockwork. Five days before my period I wake up in the night with pins and needles in my arms, hands and feet. I have to keep alternating sides, otherwise the limb I sleep on will get severe pins and needles or go numb. At one point I nipped to the loo for a pee having to carry/ support one of my hands because it was completely numb yet it felt so heavy. Once my period starts symptoms subside however I feel pretty frightened and fed up yet my doctor just grins and says 'it's just one of those things'. Has anyone else here experienced anything similar?
