Breast lumps that appear before period and then vanish for a month...

I have had one in breast for the last 3 periods and have just noticed one in my other breast as well. I am due on again and my boobs are very tender. The one I found before goes just after my period starts.

I am not good with doctors at all. I know I should go and have them checked out but surely if it was anything sinister they would be there all the time?

I don't think it's unusual to have lumpy breasts before a period - but you know the answer don't you? Set aside your fear of doctors and go get it checked out. Not what you want to hear I know but the only sensible option. In the unlikely event that it is something sinister, the sooner you know the better. More likely is that the GP will be able to set your mind at rest but no-one on an online forum can do that with any real certainty.

Sinister lumps don't come and go - they stay and are usuallt small, hard, immovable and painless.
Yours are certainly cysts that develop before your period and then disappear afterwards.
But get them checked by GP, next time they appear.
