my dd aged 4 has had 6 stitches out of her chin today...any advice on how I can help the wound heal as well as possible and try and minimise scarring? The doctor has not put a dressing on it saying it is better to be out in the open. Vitamin e was mentioned by him but not for a bit and I have been reading a bit about keeping it out of the sun on Google to mimimise discolouration. Would really appreciate some good advice...
