DD's toe has gone yucky ...

DD's big toe has got an oozing scab on the side of it. I've cleaned it with antiseptic stuff and put some antiseptic cream on it - will it clear up on its own, should I keep putting the cream on it? Or should I get someone to have a look at it?

Sounds like a witlow, they often clear up on thier own but sometimes need AB.
