Hi,

I am going to make an appt with my GP but in the interim was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on what might be causing it?

Its been going on for a few days and i just have this constant nausea. It is worse after eating and drinking and first thing in the morning when i have been retching.

Am having some bloating spells and tummy discomfort, burping more than usual, and increased flatulence (sorry if TMI).

Will the GP just prescribe anti sickness meds, ir will they do blood tests and refer me on?

Have managed to convince myself it's ovarian cancer!! I have recently gone through a lot of stress as had to have a breast lump biopsied and mammogram which was thankfully clear.

Thanks in advance!

I've had on and off nausea for a while, had lots of test and doctor has put it down to ibs. Maybe try taking out some food groups you may be intollerant.

Hi, did anyone find out what was causing the nausea? I have had it constantly for 3 weeks, as well as pains around my belly button and above that come and go. So far I’ve been told it’s IBS, a UTI, gallstones and the latest... ‘your digestive system is just feeling unhappy’. It’s so bad that I feel unable to take care of my children properly, I’ve barely eaten and have dropped to 7 and a half stone. But the doctor is happy to just give me anti sickness tablets and hope for the best. I feel beyond frustrated and I don’t know where to turn 😢

Hey not really however certain foods defo make mine worse. Keep a food dairy and you should find your triggers. Also maybe look at fodmaps it helps a lot fo people. Mine has got better, not gone completely but I now have days, weeks where I dont have any nausea.

Hi, I know this is an old thread but did anyone discover what this might be? My daughter has been experiencing sickness for ages, the doctors think it's possibly a bug, possibly anxiety, have given her lanzeprazole but it's not going. It is worst when she wakes up. I feel out of ideas and fed up with being told that it's anxiety. Could it be worms?

Get the docs.to.test her for h plori and get a full.blood.count..being annemica can make you feel.sick.x

It isn't h pylori and I am trying to push for bloods again but they have decided it's all anxiety. Which I am fairly certain isn't the full picture.

I'm the same Iv been like this for months 🙈nausea bloating no appetite some days I can't stomach water to drink. I had a gastroscopy Saturday and I'm getting a ct colonoscopy soon.

Just want to get it sorted Iv no idea why I feel so bad I understand completely how you all feel. I can hear my digestive system it's very noisy. I think Iv some kind of either partial bowel obstruction or hernia but this is just me guessing Iv obviously not been diagnosed. Gastroscopy they took 4 biopsies too so I'm awaiting results Confused

I know this is an old thread but I’m suffering from the same symtoms and would love to know what you were diagnosed with in the end?
