Misshapen head any experience?

Ds is 12 weeks old and over the last two weeks I have noticed his head at the back is misshapen. On the right side it is flat and then the left side more rounded. Sorry not a very good description. It may have always been like it but he is wearing his baby hair away so maybe now it is more obvious. Developmental things seem to be ok. He was an elective C section so no birth trauma. Had convinced myself i was paranoid but SIL mentioned it yesterday so now v worried. There is some mention on the web of positional moulding as well as the more worrying early skull
fusion. Will probably take him to see GP on mon but in the meantime just wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience?

My friend's baby had a flat bit at the back, and this was from where he lay on his back all the time.
I think it looked rounder as his hair grew, also when he started turning over, there was less pressure on the back of his head.
HTH.

Dd has a really wonky head, largely from lying on it. I got the gP to look at it and it's fine.

My ds had a very flat bit on one side of the back of his head. I think it was due to him lying on it. Our GP refered us to a consultant at the hospital, and it turned out to be OK. We were told it would right itself by the age of 1 year, but actually it was still a bit flat until he was 2.
