what is causing this annoying twitch?

I have had a twitch sort of at the top of my nose nr eyebrow for about 2 weeks and it's driving me mad! I have had it before in my lip too, how do i stop it?

There is a name for this and even an organisation, just cant remember. I get a twitch on my eyelid whenever I am really tired and run down. I went to my gp and he told me what its called - sorry cant remember. Its an involunary muscle spasm that you cant do by trying iknwim. If it is the same thing then rest!

It sounds like a "tic". Usually people get them when tired or anxious about something.My dh had the same thing when he was made redundant and it drove him mad !
Hope your not tired and run down-good excuse to chill out i think.
