BLOOD DYSCRASIAS - A general term which is used to describe any abnormality in the blood or bone marrow's cellular components, such as low white blood cell count, low red blood cell count, or low platelet count.

Don't know what that means though.

hmm - am wondering whether that could include a high iron count and low haemoglobin count.

Apparently this indicates internal bleeding but there are no other or outward signs of this.
