Does this sounds like thrush or bacterial vaginosis?

I've had these symptoms for months now:

• thick white discharge
• strong sour, sometimes fishy smell (horrid, sorry!)
• vulva sometimes feels hot and irritated
• no itching

What do you think? Off to GP today but thought I would ask for MN opinions first. Thanks
