what do mozzy bites look like?

got 3 very large bites on my leg and they are soooooooooooooo itchy and swollen.just wondering if it could be mozzys.(cant spell their proper name!!)

Could be fleas?.. We had fleas in our lounge this time last year and my lower legs/just above my ankles were covered in swollen bites - basically as high as a flea could jump. A couple of doses of spray from the pet shop did the trick. We don't have animals and neither did the previous owner, so I've no idea where they came from, but flea killer worked.

just wondered taht was all.cat and dog get treated regularly for fleas.have had flea bites before,but these just seem bigger.two are just under my knee at the side and teh other is on my thigh.

They are bigger than flea bites. Don't scratch them, it doesn't help.

these are abit bigger than a 1p.they are really hard and swollen.ive put some germolene on,but its not helping!

Anthisan works wonders on mossie bites. You can get it at Boots. Mossies do tend to go for the legs (why?) and if you have a bad reaction to the bite (or they bit something unpleasant before you, sorry) they can swell up like that.
