I've been suffering the last 8-9 weeks with god knows what! Something stupid triggered it off but felt hurt jealous anger I know it's all stupid I know my husband loves me but I've got a horrible feeling in my stomach that awful gut feeling! I went to the doctor and there testing me for my thyroid and premenopause I've had some really low days do you think kalms would work?? To ease it!

Not experienced using Kalms but there are many homeopathic aids readily available i.e. Nelsons - available in most Holland & Barrat stores, which may be better.

You don't give too much away here but assume you are under some stres and this can always affect you physically, as I know myself.

I became ill several years ago, during the breakdown of a relationship and was diagnosed with IBS, however, I now think it was more than this. I have been on anti-depressants since then, to alleviate some of the more physical side-effects i.e. panic attacks. My thyroid was tested, at my request and was very underactive, so am now on treatment for that.

I truly believe that most ailments can be eased by diet and am now on a wheat-free / gluten-free, sugar free diet, which is helping enormously.

Feel free to share more if you need to. Smile

Thanks for replying sophSmile

I actually feel silly saying how it all started but it started because my husband joined fb!! I've had it for years he always hated it, I could check his fb as I knew his password I saw he had added an ex (bearing in mind I've been with him 18 years and got 3 kids) I wasn't happy and asked why and he denied it said he never so I think it's stemmed from the lying! But I'm never a jealous person and this is totally out of character for me!

I took the kalms and they did help but hopefully doctor can get to the root of this!

Sorry to hear this - I agree, stress can give you awful physical symptoms.

Rescue Remedy can help with stress - you can buy it in the supermarket or Boots and it does help. Hope you feel better soon.
