Dp in agony with infected sinus started antibios yesterday but still in agony when will he see improvement?

Hello the question is really in the title my poor dp is in agony with an infected sinus he started on antibiotics yesterday but he's still in total agony does anyone have any idea when he might start feeling better?

Took about 24-36 hours when I had a sinus infection. Was absolutely the worst thing, more so than childbirth (before I got the epidural!). If no improvement by then I suggest he goes back to GP.

I agree - should be feeling relief by the morning. Has he tried steaming? Helped me a lot.

Steaming worked really well for me (mumsnet advice ), but it took 4 days of antibiotics before I started to properly improve.

Sinusitis is agony, I've only had it once and never want it again. Your DP has my sympathies, hope he gets well soon.
